Hunstanton Carnival is an annual event organised by Hunstanton Town Council's Town Events Team.

Traditional held one Sunday in June, the parade entrants gather at Hunstanton Recreation ground from Midday with the procession leaving at 1pm to parade through the town and finishing at the green.

For 2024 a full weekend of entertainment is planned from Friday June 21st through to Carnival Day Sunday June 23rd June and we are pleased to announce it will be hosted by KL1 Radio.

Carnival participants are always wanted to make each year bigger and better. Dressing up is 100% encouraged – in fact the more outrageous and flamboyant the better.

Stalls are available on the Green for trade & craft vendors.

Carnival Sponsorship

The Carnival's success is the continued support of not only the Hunstanton Town Council and businesses, but also from our visitors both local and from further afield.
To make a success of the Carnival it requires sponsorship and fund raising, so that as many people as possible are catered for and to ensure that we offer a great week's entertainment. We would like to ask that everyone considers sponsoring, even if it's just a small part event.

We are finding it more expensive than ever to put on a good show and we hope that everyone who joins us will pop a few pounds in the collection buckets to ensure we can repeat the event in the years to come. The committee are all volunteers, we do not receive a penny for the 1000's of hours spent organising and running Hunstanton Carnival but can only carry on if you ALL support our efforts.
